MiresBall is honored to accept three national design awards: two for the American Graphic Design Annual and a win for PRINT Regional Design.

Award wins for the American Graphic Design Annual commemorate its 52nd anniversary competition, featuring selected client projects for PIRCH identity, a groundbreaking mall-based home appliance retailer and White Labs PurePitch package design, an industry leader in yeast fermentation.

Recognized by thousands of creative professionals, agencies, design firms, corporate, institutional and publishing in-house departments, the GDUSA Awards celebrate outstanding new work in packaging, print, point-of-purchase, internet, interactive and motion graphics.

MiresBall also received national recognition for its award-winning spirits packaging project for San Diego craft brewer and distiller Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits. Six regional judges evaluated nearly 4,000 entries and selected winning projects that demonstrated the ideal mix of design, communication concepts, strategy and execution. The 350 best designs in the U.S. were then selected for the 2014 PRINT Regional Design Annual Awards.

“We are truly grateful for these prestigious awards wins. For our clients, the design, strategy and execution not only solved their immediate brand challenges but also provided an acute design solution to accommodate the anticipated growth,” says Scott Mires, partner and creative director at MiresBall.

All winning entries are featured in the December 2014 issue of American Graphic Design and in the December 2014 issue of PRINT magazine.
