Honored Among San Diego’s Best Places to Work
SAN DIEGO (June 29, 2012) – Brand agency MiresBall is proud to announce it has been named one of San Diego’s best places to work by the San Diego Business Journal. It is the second time in the past year that the firm has been recognized as a leading workplace.
The county wide survey, according to the Business Journal, is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in San Diego, benefiting the county’s economy, workforce and businesses. The two-part survey included an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, which constituted 25 percent of each nominee’s score, and an employee survey worth 75 percent of the final score.
MiresBall partner and creative director Scott Mires said the heavy emphasis placed on employee satisfaction is particularly rewarding.
“The Business Journal recognition reaffirms that our focus on providing an engaging work environment and a satisfying workplace experience is the right approach for our business,” Mires said. “It’s always an honor to be recognized for doing great work, but it’s even more gratifying to be named a great place to work.”
MiresBall was recognized as one of the top 50 places to work in America last year by Outside magazine, a national lifestyle publication which focuses on fitness, travel and adventure.
