Brand agency located in former coffin warehouse recognized by Outside magazine for work-life balance
(Aug. 4, 2011) —San Diego’s own MiresBall is one of the top places to work in America, according to a new national ranking by Outside magazine, a leading lifestyle publication which focuses on fitness, travel and adventure. The local brand agency is one of 50 innovative companies recognized for setting a new standard for a healthy work-life balance.

The “Best Places to Work” fourth annual ranking, included in the September issue of Outside magazine and online at www.outsideonline.com, was compiled with the assistance of the Outdoor Industry Association and Best Companies Group. The year-long selection process began with an outreach effort that identified a wide range of non-profit and for-profit organizations with at least 15 employees working in the United States. Participating companies were sent confidential employee-satisfaction surveys and employer-questionnaires to collect information about benefits, compensation, policies, job satisfaction, environmental initiatives, and community outreach programs.
