UnCommons creates an office community unlike any other.
A ligature of “un” in the wordmark creates a versatile icon that signals connectivity and a different kind of work environment.
On the verge of a major local renaissance, UnCommons taps into a big moment for Las Vegas. The site captures the many ways this project is a step forward for the city.
With eye-catching animation, targeted messages build awareness among corporate decision makers while reinforcing UnCommons as the only modern, amenity-driven office option in Las Vegas.
If we could get potential office tenants to visit UnCommons, we knew they’d fall in love with the magic of this vibrant food-centric, mixed-use community. But reaching this premium audience meant cutting through a sea of emails and digital clutter.
Our solution was a hard-to-ignore physical call to action that doubles as an invitation to lunch, on the house.
The result: Over half (57%) of recipients visited the campaign landing page. Better yet, 23% responded to the offer of a free lunch—getting them to the site, and UnCommons on their radar.
